Annie & her studio are utterly gorgeous. No matter the preceding frenzy, one is quickly shifted by the surrounding peaceful elegance & style . Respectfully, she listens to your requests but always within the framework of who you are & how you live.

Her subsequent guidance & recommendations are therefore well considered with the most pleasing outcome! Her team glitter & glide about effortlessly, making me feel special & pampered with nice coffee, tasty wee biscuits , hand and head massages! Somehow, I'm always out on time... Recently, after knowing me for a while, Annie grabbed my ambivalence and did an extra-ordinary make-over by simply completely changing my colour. I would NEVER have chosen this colour but it is thoroughly magnificent and has attracted no end of positive comments!

I first met Ani at a styling evening in July 2008 on the other side of town. Ani was the hairdresser for the models. I was enthralled when she spoke …saying that its not just wearing the right clothes to enhance your body shape but you need to also style your hair to suit your face.

What she said rang true and it was at that point I just knew that I had to go to her - I didn’t care where in Brisbane she was located because at last I found someone who made sense.

Now, my hair is sensational and I absolutely love it, I get so many compliments because of the cut and the colour that makes me look so much younger. Over the years I have been to many hairdressers, some high profile, and can confidently say that I had never been happy with the results. I always looked ordinary where now I feel extraordinary.

Connie has been my hairdresser for almost three years now, she’s easy going, fun, great to talk to and very professional. The salon in which she works, is small so a more personal experience is gained, yet its a great place to relax with calming music playing and always a insightful conversation going on, but still very efficient and the Paraffin hand wax is amazing!

The salon is always clean, and situated just out side of Toowong shopping centre, so it’s so easy to get too via train, bus, or car which is great for me as I don't have my license yet.

The staff at Refrescate’ hair studio are always welcoming and happy to do your hair whenever they're available, I am defiantly going to keep coming back to Connie and the studio, as I feel like I have made life long friends with these girls.
